Founded in 2003 LCM Ltd have gone from strength to strength, originally specialising in crankshaft machining, crankshaft repair and refurbishment, we have evolved to support a diverse range of markets.

LCM Ltd now offer a full range of subcontract CNC machining services, including 5 axis CNC turning. We offer a complete turnkey supply of finished cast iron and machined steel parts to clients specifications.

Subcontract CNC Machining

With over 20 years’ experience LCM Ltd offer a nationwide subcontract CNC machining service that is second to none.

Our state-of-the-art 5 axis CNC machinery allows us to manufacture even the most complex components in a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Aluminium, Mild Steel, Inconel, Super Duplex and more.

Whether manufacturing special purpose tooling, one off prototypes or batch work, we have the capabilities to achieve a quick turn-around.

5 Axis CNC Turning

Our turning division consists of market leading machine tools that allow us to manufacture complex parts to extremely tight tolerances. Thanks to the tight tolerances of our 5 axis CNC turning machine we are often used by manufacturers in the defence, aerospace and motorsport sectors to produce precision components.

LCM Ltd have one of the most efficient and advanced 5 axis CNC turning and milling centres in the UK. We are able to produce batch production and prototype parts UK wide.

Crankshaft Repair Service

We have a specialist crankshaft repair and refurbishment division that enables us to support any company that is looking to extend the life of their existing crankshafts. With the abilities and skills of our inspection department, we can even repair and refurbish crankshafts that are 100 years old.

LCM Ltd are able to offer repair and refurbishment on all types of crankshafts, from modern high speed diesel to steam.
