STV Machinery recently refurbished our Demag ET800/310 injection moulding machine. We are very satisfied with the work carried out. We recently had an urgent requirement for a new chiller. STV were brilliant and supplied us with an SL-5AA Air-Cooled Chiller at very short notice and a very competitive price. STV provided excellent advice and the chiller which has now been installed for 2 months has performed flawlessly.

Investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment has been our agenda for a while now. The new machines will enable us to keep pace with the increasing demand for our products and allow us to expand into other new areas. This is an important upgrade for us as we have struggled to find the right machine for our specialised production. Yizumi and STV not only understood these requirements, but they have accommodated these bespoke specs and delivered them. Combined with tooling upgrades we are achieving our targets on productivity with a 13-20% improvement and reduced energy costs. Our second machine has recently been installed with a major modification to accept our tooling and it’s been running very well.

STV is always our first call when we need an additional plant. We get reliable refurbished machines that look close to new condition. They really care that the machines are performing well. Their refurbished plant is as close as you can get to buying new without the high capital outlay. I’d recommend the guys at STV for your needs. Our new machine is 21 years old… old enough to drink in this state but it’s running lights out – 24 hours a day for us now after a long journey across the Atlantic.
