We have been with Rockford for 8+ years and during that period have not had any major issues with the service. The business has been through two transformations during this period and Rockford have provided excellent assistance at all stages during these transformations. They manage all IT services both inbound and outbound from desktop via servers. All security including backups are managed by them. Any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
