    Reliance Precision offers a range of technical services that are designed to support clients with their new design and design iteration processes.

    Reliance Precisions main expertise circles around the development and manufacture of precision intricate electro-mechanical and high vacuum sub-assemblies.

     Products
    Products manufactured by Reliance Precision cover a wide range of applications including, precision gears and couplings, bearings and spacers, motors and cables, clamps, shafts and linear actuators, rack and pinions, leadscrews and much more.

    Our product catalogue offers design engineers a one stop shop for their requirements, ranging from basic essentials such as screws to complete sub-assemblies used for linear or rotary motion.

     Design
    By working alongside our clients own team of designers, Reliance Precision are able to offer a number of solutions to meet their requirements including implementing a technical specification from concept to detailed drawings and the provision of technical analysis of drawings to explore design to manufacturing efficiencies.

    Reliance Precision can then build prototypes and pre-production samples and provide the dynamic simulation and testing of such samples.

     Manufacture
    Reliance Precision offers clients a range of manufacturing and assembly services including fully tested sub systems and specialist components in both small and medium volumes.

    This can be carried out by a number of processes such as the use and adaptation of standard components, in-house manufacturing of critical components, and the management of an established supply chain. The components are then subjected to cleaning, assembly and testing.

     Quality Control
    In order to prove parts and components are manufactured to the correct specifications and requirements for our clients Reliance Precision carry out stringent inspection and measurement disciplines throughout the manufacturing process.

    This includes in-process inspection, final article inspection, first article inspection and assembly inspection and measurement.

    Reliance are also able to access a range of test facilities in assembly areas as well as a dedicated test laboratory.
