It’s a pleasure to work with you all. Orders are handled efficiently and delivered on time (as long as we give you enough lead time!). We have had some minor quality issues over the years, but in that we have take tens of thousands of units, certainly not at a level to cause any concern (any company that is completely fault free is lying – it’s how you deal with it). When we have had problems, they have been handled quickly and to good conclusions every time -hence we keep coming back.
