Grenville Engineering has been providing a wide range of cutting edge

Operating from our up to date manufacturing facility based in the West
Midlands we are able to provide customers throughout the UK with one of the
most comprehensive fabrication services from design to delivery covering 2D
and 3D CAD, laser cutting, metal forming, welding, machining and assembly
through to grinding and finishing.
Logistics
Grenville Engineering operates a fleet of vehicles to provide our customers
with a reliable, prompt delivery service including packing, pallet loading
and Kanban stock services.

With our three Trumpf laser cutting machines we are able to provide
precision cutting technology combining power and speed to achieve superior
finish and accuracy first time every time.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
We offer a fast and effective sheet metal fabrication service that is
tailored to meet your individual needs.
Our highly experienced team of precision metal fabricators are able to work on both
ferrous and non-ferrous materials producing components to the highest
quality with fast lead times.
Precision Welding
Grenville Engineering caters for a wide range of welding requirements
utilising various techniques on thicknesses ranging from 0.9mm to 15mm.
With over 16 welding stations covering both Mig and Tig processes we are
able to process stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium so to find out

Punching
Our fast and efficient punching service offers a cost effective solution for
all of your fabrication needs.
We can produce highly technical designs to meet your exact specifications
punching up to 6mm in thickness in materials such as aluminium, stainless
steel and mild steel.
Complex shapes are easily achievable from sheets of metal making this
process well suited for medium to high quantity runs with reduced running
costs.
Machining
Our machine shop facility houses a range of accurate machinery and equipment
from lathes, vertical milling machines to pedestal and bench drilling
machines and ancillary equipment.
