JTWCL (John Turner Welding Consultancy Limited) are here to help support your welding projects, certification and training. We have over 40 years experience in all aspects of welding.

Our expert team support companies through the EN 1090 and/or ISO 3834 accreditation process, providing clear guidance from start to certification.

We also witness, test, and certify WPQRs (Welding Procedure Qualification Records) and Welder Approvals in accordance with EN and ASME standards.

In addition, we offer general welding consultancy services, delivering practical advice and expert guidance to help ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency in your welding operations.

Welder Training

JTWCL provide welder training to the fabrication and engineering industry. The practical and theoretical courses we offer are specifically designed to suit your specific requirements. Welder training is available at your premises or in our stainless and/or carbon steel welding bays.

- Welding solutions and site evaluations can be provided to suit client requirements
- Technical and welding process instructions are provided to suit clients needs

Welding Processes

When it comes to welding we cover all processes including FCAW, MMA, MAG, TIG and MIG. Training is available for welders of all skill levels from novices to intermediates and experienced welding personnel.

Training for up to 6 Welders

On any one day up to 6 welders can be accommodated. We offer relaxed and friendly training in a safe environment.

Welder Approval Tests & Weld Procedure Qualification

As a stand alone service or after the training our fully trained team can carry our accredited tests.

RWC (Responsible Welding Coordinator) Services

Our RWC service provides essential, subcontracted technical supervision to ensure welding compliance with standards like ISO 3834 and BS EN 1090 (UKCA/CE Marking)

Monthly RWC Contracts up to EXC 2, 3 and 4
RWC Certification and Courses up to EXC 2 covering BS EN 1090 requirement, ISO 3834, welding processes, welding consumables, welding gases, NDT, material control and metallurgy.
Courses are available to suit your individual convenience, at your own premises or in house.
