Based in Buckinghamshire and established in 1982, we have built an enviable

Ertone plastics service includes material selection advice, full product design,
prototype parts (where required) and tool manufacture. Our experienced team will

Additional services like welding, printing, packaging and assembly are also
available. Any existing tooling can also be relocated to our facility, where our
engineering team can manage it for you.

With over 35+ years of experience in injection moulding we have worked with
almost every material, producing some of the highest quality plastic and clear
plastic parts.
Our approach to manufacturing is flexible, we have the capabilities to take on
product sizes from 4kg in weight to small products of 1 gram. Using a number of
injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 100 ton to 600 ton, we are
able to produce a wide range of plastic components to suit various requirements
and industries like Airline, Construction, Hospitality and Catering.
