We use our state-of-the-art CNC milling, turning, wire erosion and spark erosion machines to achieve quality assured parts that are available nationally and internationally.

5 & 3 Axis CNC Machining

We produce high specification, precision engineered CNC milled and milled parts from materials like steel, aluminium, titanium and polymers. From highly complex specifications to simple components, all produced to fast time scales.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has access to a wide range of 3 axis to 5 axis machining equipment, all running on the latest HyperMill CAM software. The possibilities are endless for the bespoke production on CNC machined parts and prototyping.

5 axis one hit machining is one of our specialties, we were the first company in Norfolk to have multi-pallet unmanned 5 axis machining capabilities.

CNC Turning & Mill-Turning

Our CNC turned and milled parts can range from complex swept surface components to simple rings. Our advanced CNC machinery ensures any parts we manufacture will fit your specific requirements with complete perfection and uniformity.

We have the capabilities to deliver hundreds of thousands of high quality CNC milled parts and CNC turned components, or parts from a single prototype.

We are one of the only UK companies to utilise 9 axis Mazak Integrex CNC milling and turning machines capable of producing the highest quality precision parts from automatically bar-fed material or from solid billets.

CNC Spark & Wire Eroding

For more intricate smaller pieces we use EDM machining (Also known as CNC Wire Erosion and CNC Spark Erosion). This manufacturing method is ideal for the production of components that might contain features that can't be machined via conventional methods, or too weak for CNC machining.

Spark and wire eroding also has the ability to cut much harder materials that machining centres would have trouble with. The materials integrity is always maintained as there is no cutting force with EDM machining.

Finishing & Assembly

We offer a range of additional services to complement our production processes, these services allow products to be assembled and fully finished in-house according to our clients specifications.
