Here we see a site that puts out a high output of incredible burgers, but cleaning behind those massive griddles was always a nightmare!
Each of those griddles weigh approximately 300kg each, heavy duty equipment indeed!
We retro fitted some new heavy duty castors able to withstand the weight from above making pulling these out to get behind them an ease!
It may seem like a small change but to the chefs it makes all the difference, saving time and energy to make their clean down a lot less hassle!
