CNCROTARY.COM in 2003 combining the successful standard range of
vertical and horizontal CNC tables from 450mm to 3000mm with additional designs
for high quality smaller products, maximising the overall range and making the
ZEATZ brand range the largest of any manufacturer anywhere in the World to our
knowledge
The Range
CNC rotary tables vertically mounted (horizontal axis)
Model PV –
General Milling device – long life, small frame with large capacity
Hundreds of units in the field, using spiroid worm technology for heavy duty
operation, range from 170 to 300mm diameter, with the option of integral high
accuracy encased encoder (unique on standard models). Special easy to use chuck
and spindle tool feature (see website pages). Heavy duty carrying capacity and
integral hydraulic clamping performance from pneumatic feed
CNC rotary tables vertically and horizontally mounted
Model FHV –
Special small stainless steel device for working in harsh environments complete
with integral air / hydraulic clamping system, with high accuracy bearing
system. The unit will work vertically or horizontally and is of modular
construction allowing for multi-spindle variants.
Sizes from 110 to 160mm with various distance between centre options.

Model PHV –
A range of modular rotary table design structures that will enable most
technical solutions to be catered for. Carrying capacities, speeds, fixturing
and accuracies are all flexible within the special application design. Hundreds
of standard units have been delivered to the market place and have proven to be
rugged and robust devices that last for a lifetime of service.
The range starts from 350mm through to 3,000mm and carrying capacities up to 50
tons.

Model PH-
A range of devices similar in construction to the PHV, fully modular and
variable in design to suit any application, using standard modular components
for standard applications.
Carrying capacities, speeds, fixturing and accuracies are all flexible within
the special application design. Hundreds of standard units have been delivered
to the market place and have proven to be rugged and robust devices that last
for a lifetime of service.
The range starts from 450mm through to 3,500mm carrying capacities up to 100
tons.
CNC rotary tilting tables
Model PT2-
The tilting range is cleverly designed using modular parts from other products
within the range. The stunning PT220 is constructed using the PV-220 device and
the larger models using two PHV units and one PH table. The benefits to the
client are that modular construction means reduced delivery times, special
designs are easy to produce and that all the parts are just that, modular. No
special assembly means any parts or service is easy to carry out and readily
available.
The range starts at 220mm through
to 3,000mm with capacities up to 50 tons.
CNC rotary tables on linear slides
Model PHL
The rotary linear tables are a beautifully constructed device using linear
rollers for the linear actuation, being a cleaner and better and more accurate
system than hydrostatics, which incorporate the linear braking system within the
rollers. The rotary axis being made up of the linear model PH.
The range starts from 1250mm square up to 3500mm square.
It is important to know that although a modular system, it allows us to produce
devices with most sizes and capacities required by the client.
