Injection moulding has also become a focus of the business so that we can offer our own range of quality products developed in-house including: Corner Keys; Georgian Edge Keys and Cruciform Fittings or Centre Keys as they are sometimes referred – The Combi Cross mix and match Georgian Cruciform is a new development in this area.

Thermoseal Group was founded in 1979 and quickly developed into an industry leader. The original business was in the design and manufacture of hopper fed Hot Melt Machinery from a small factory in Birmingham. The Group now operates from four rapidly-expanding depots in Birmingham, Wigan, Kent and Northern Ireland. We now stock and manufacture a wide range of insulated glass sealed unit components and manufacture machinery to specification.

At the Group’s Kent base, we produce our exclusive range of the original decorative Perma Led. Most other manufacturing processes have always taken place from our Birmingham factory. However, as the business has grown, we aim to manufacture more from all of our UK branches. In recent years, Wigan branch has become our warm edge manufacturing base and also our innovation centre and laboratory for developing new products and carrying out a range of in-house testing to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.
