For example, the Van Guard tool stores are designed for the transportati on of valuable tools and equipment under lock and key. The very popular anodised aluminium pipe carrier is made for storing and carrying pipes of up to three metres in length and is lockable at both ends other lengths are available on request. Van Guards unique ready assembled racking system allows you to choose the combination and size of compartments to suit your individual needs. By simply locking into place the dividers you can determine the number of small, medium or large compartments that you require. All racking systems are made from pre galvanized steel for maximum strength and durability.
Van Guards roof rack cross members are all made from 304 Stainless Steel for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. On top of all this All products are available for free next day delivery!!!
Pipe Carriers
Anodised Aluminium pipe carriers are available in 100mm or 150mm diameters and in 2 or 3 metre lengths. Each pipe has two lockable aluminium cast end caps and is supplied with brackets and fixings. To suit most vehicles. Longer lengths are available on request. (2 padlocks supplied)
Ladder Clamps
A simple but effective way of securing ladders to roof bars. These clamps are sold in pairs and can be locked using the padlock supplied.
 Ladder Rollers
Ladder roller attachments for easy loading are made with stainless steel tubes with nylon bearings and galvanised steel brackets, powder coated in black for maximum corrosion resistance.
 Internal racking Systems
Van Guard's internal racking has been designed for a multitue of uses. Simple yet effective, robust and versatile, our system combines secure storage with easy access for almost all types of small components, tools and accessories designed with shelving partitions, drawers, removable steel bins and lockable compartments.

 Rear Door Ladders
Rear door ladders are made from galvanised steel and then polyester coated in black for maximum corrosion resistance. They have aluminium anti-slip tread plate rungs and are designed to fit to the offside rear door of most vans. Also available with lockable anti-climb cover.
 Easy Fit Roof Bars
Heavy duty roof bars designed to suit most light commercial vehicles including LWB, MWB & SWB models. Two, three & four bar roof rack sets are available depending on the vehicle's fixing points. The bars are made from quality stainless steel 30mm x 50mm box section and are attached to tough galvanised steel bracket assemblies powder coated in black.
Tool Stores
The Van Guard tool stores are available in three sizes. 750mm x 300mm x 300mm, 1000mm x 400mm x 400mm and the Jumbo 1250mm x 600mm x 600mm. All tool stores are supplied with built in locking mechanism and keys and can be bolted into position to the floor, bulkhead or both.
 Roof Racks
Some makes and models are suitable for extended roof racks. These racks are built with cross bars and side bars made from stainless steel 30mm x 50mm box section. They are designed to carry 8 x 4 sheets as well as ladders etc, and are fitted with a full stainless steel rear roller as standard. Adjustable ladder stpos are also supplied with this type of rack
