Anti Climb Fencing. Unlike broken glass, razor wire or security fencing with impaling spikes which can form mantraps and are often illegal. Vandgard is designed without intent to cause serious harm, it's rotating action creates an unstable barrier which rolls if anyone attempts to climb over it. Visually it is a clear warning and so does not contravene COSHH or Health or Safety at Work Act
