Dedicated Load Cell Mounting Assemblies form a crucial and integral
part of a modern weighing system. Use of the latest Finite Element
Analysis software enables pinpointing of the optimum design for our
range, while rigorous manufacturing and test procedures ensure total
quality and unrivalled reliability for service in the harshest of
conditions.
Most of the Load Cell range is manufactured from high grade
stainless steel, and are available with Mounting Assemblies
manufactured from either Stainless Steel, Electrophoretic Coated
Alloy Steel or Galvanised Alloy Steel.
O.I.M.L. Approval Many of our Load Cells are O.I.M.L.
approved as standard, thus are ideal to cater for applications that
require Weights and Measures approval.
ATEX Certification Full ATEX certification for Gas and Dust
is an option for most of our range of Load Cells. We can also offer
Load Cells certified to Ex nA II T6 (gas only) which allows
installation in a Zone 2 environment without use of Current Limiting
hardware, such as Barriers.
High Temperature Variants Specially built Load Cells to
sustain environments up to 1500C are available.

Master Mount® Load Cell

Series T95 shear beam
Load Cell
Folded shear beam Load Cells for high accuracy weighing - The
T95 LA range consists of both stainless steel and alloy steel Load
Cells complete with a durable Electrophoretic painted Mounting
assembly. Although the assembly is installed and loaded in
compression, the Load Cell within the Mount operates in tension and
acts like a pendulum to dampen and absorb dynamic energy. The design
also ensures that the load point is always maintained through the
central axis of the Load Cell, even when the assembly is subjected
to considerable movement or misalignment.
Series T30LA Load Cell
High capacity Load Cell assembly for silo and tank weighing - An
Alloy Steel, Zinc plated, compression Load Cell incorporating
integral ‘lift off’ prevention.
The Load Cell assembly is ideal for general commercial weighing of
tanks, silos and vessels where weight demands high capacity Load
Cell assemblies. The design ensures optimum performance and removes
most of the traditional problems encountered when installing high
capacity weighing systems. Supplied as a complete locked assembly
ready to install.
Series 740 Load Cell
Compression column Load Cell for weighbridges - This self
centering column Load Cell is manufactured from high quality
stainless steel and has a high specification polyurethane cable.
A comprehensive range of capacities is available in one body size :
from 15 tonne - 40 tonne.
The model 740 cell is designed specifically for weighbridge
applications.
Series T93 shear beam
Load Cell
Folded shear beam Load Cells for high accuracy weighing -
This unique folded shear beam Load Cell is manufactured from high
strength stainless steel and is sealed and fully welded for use in
corrosive environments and wash down areas.
Inherent in the design is resistance to side loading, as well as the
additional benefits of a symmetrical bending moment and
insensitivity to shifts in the load point. Maximum safety protection
is given against lift-off by high wind or collision forces.
T93 Load Cells are designed for Silo, Hopper, Tank and Vessel
weighing, and are very straight forward to install.
A comprehensive range of capacities is available in two body sizes:
from 500kg to 30,000kg.
The Load Cell and Loading Assembly are a fit-for-fit replacement for
the now discontinued T90 & T92 Load Cell range.
