For almost 50 years the WL Shears have been an industry staple with many satisfied customers. Spartanics have developed a new state of the art 21st Century Shear with enhanced operator features including a Touch Screen to simplify job set-up and programming.

Now with the new touch screen, simply add your program file, place the metal sheet in, line up the cutting lines using the new touch screen and hit the foot switch. Then the cut pieces will be stacked up in the parts collector.

Harnessing the power of lasers, Spartanics Laser Cutting Machines make the dream of prototypes-on-demand a reality. By combining the capabilities of a Spartanics Laser Cutting Machine with digital printing, digital artwork is transformed to completely finished die cut products in hours! With Spartanics Laser Cutting Machines, you can build a highly profitable niche in short runs of die cut products.

Spartanics has been manufacturing 3-, 4-, and 5-up male/female card punching systems worldwide for the past 40 years. Our system corrects in the X, Y and Theta axes during each stroke of the press so that each row of cards is punched to within +/- 0.005" cut to print accuracy. Production speeds range from between 140-155 press strokes per minute. The M500 accepts roll and/or sheet fed material ranging from 0.010” to 0.060’ depending on material type. Punched cards are presented scratch-free, shingled onto a conveyor, and kept in sequential order for further processing. A majority of the customers using the M500 Card System produce credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid phone cards, loyalty/reward cards, and hotel key cards.

The M500 Steel Rule Die Cutting System, which can also hold male/female dies to be used as an M500 Card Punching System, provides a versatile die cutting solution for your specific manufacturing needs. This system corrects in the X, Y and Theta axis' during each stroke of the press so that each row is punched to within +/- 0.005" cut to print accuracy. Production speeds range between 60-155 presses strokes per minute depending on the part/card step up. The M500 accepts roll and sheet fed material that ranges in thickness from 0.005” to 0.060” depending on the material type. Extraction and knockout devices can be added for removing die cut parts from the scrap web. Customers using the M500 Steel Rule Die System produce labels, nameplates, insurance card mailers, door hangers, prepaid phone cards, and loyalty cards..

Spartanics’ 930 Card Inspection System is the world’s first edge-to-edge inspection system that monitors variations in dimensional tolerances. The system inspects the front and back of CR80, smart, color, white, clear, printed and blank cards ranging in thickness from 0.012”- 0.040” (0.3mm - 1.0mm). The 930 uses a continuous rotary de-stacking feeder that prevents scratching of the cards by cleanly picking cards off the stack and rotating them into place for inspection at speeds up to 500 cards per minute.

The M600 Kard-Kounter is a counter that counts credit, debit, smart, phone, identification, gift, loyalty and other plastic cards ranging in thickness from 0.005” (0.25mm) to 0.065” (1.65mm) depending on the specific version that will be determined by your sales representative. Special versions of the M600 will also count pharmaceutical inserts, envelopes, and trays, sleeves, or boxes wrapped in shrink-wrap. As with all of our counters, the M600 effectively eliminates over and under shipments and provides security and regulatory authority compliance audit trails.

The M400 Stak-Kounter is an optical counter that counts square or rounded edge, stacked or nested material in a range of thicknesses from 0.005” (0.130mm) to 0.240” (6.100mm) depending on the specific version of M400 quoted. As with all of our counters, the M400 effectively eliminates over and under shipments and provides security and regulatory authority compliance audit trails. Customers using the M400 count cartons, pharmaceutical inserts and cartons, greeting cards, loyalty/phone cards, and a variety of paper, paperboard and plastic products.
