Diamond
blades are available for all masonry, brick, stone and tile types,
with special solutions for the most challenging applications. For
builders and contractors who want to cut a wide range of materials,
Multi-Slysa and Multi-Slysa Premium are ideal. These
free cutting diamond blades have ‘turbo’ type segments for fast
cutting, a high diamond concentration for hard materials and laser
welded construction for ruggedness. This enables one diamond blade
to be fitted to the cut-off saw to cut concrete, brick, most stone
types and clay products. For the ability to cut metal as well as
really hard granite, York stone and Indian stone, upgrading to
Multi-Slysa Premium makes sense.
For road and utilities contractors our Road Slitta diamond blades
also give multi-purpose benefits when cutting asphalt, concrete and
paving materials. These blades are double protected with both skewed
segments to remove abrasive waste and tungsten carbide inserts to
minimise abrasive wear, as well as having a good diamond
concentration for harder concrete. The contractor can thus put one
diamond blade on the floor saw or petrol saw and just get on with
cutting whatever is there.
When
working on very specific materials such as porcelain tiles a special
purpose diamond blade will give optimum performance. Our tile
cutting discs come in three grades, Tile Slysa for ceramic tiles,
Tile Slysa Premium for porcelain and glass and Tile Slysa Turbo
Premium for fast cutting of the hardest porcelain.
Similarly, wall and roofing contractors may appreciate our special
purpose mortar raking diamond blades. These are available as low
priced but highly effect dual cut rakes as well as protected, laser
welded, premium mortar raking diamond blades in 6.4 and 8mm widths.
Both construction and metalworking industries use metal cutting
