Product Finishing
Paragon offers a comprehensive finishing, painting and texturing service. Attention to detail at an early stage ensures that high quality levels are achieved throughout the project.

Silicone Tooling
Paragon produces single and multi cavity tools of technically complex components. We have the capability of producing tools up to 250kg.

By using the latest silicones and tooling techniques, we have extended tool life by 40% (depending on material and component complexity).

Paragon is uniquely placed to offer a high quality prototype silicone service. Using a combination of CNC cut ureol and aluminium tools for; prototype and pre-production samples.

Key mats for mobile phone projects and various medical devices are just two applications where this service proves invaluable.

Vacuum Casting
Paragon offers an industry leading vacuum casting service; giving you the opportunity to have production intent components for the development stage. Paragon use an unrivalled range of rigid and elastomeric polyurethane resins. We can replicate virtually any production material. Example;

• Silicone key-mats incorporating carbon pills.
• Elastomer materials
• Over moulding elastomer materials onto rigid plastic components.
• Components up to 800x500x500 cm can be produced with our vacuum casting systems.

Larger components can be produced in sections and then bonded together. Our in-house colour mixing facility provides the opportunity for pigmenting vacuum castings to Pantone, RAL & BS references or individually mixed to your corporate colours.
