Operable Walls (System AW):

System AW is our top of the range operable walls. The system offers several layouts and stacking arrangements to create many useful areas within the working space.

System AW are solid acoustic sliding partitions available in three varying thicknesses and laboratory tested sound rating up to Rw 57dB. This system is top hung. Each panel is individually supported by a track system mounted on the ceiling. No floor track is required.

To create the seal, each panel has interlocking vertical profiles and retractable rubber seals. A handle inserted into the vertical edge of each panel operates the retractable seals. One half turn of the handle operates a mechanism inside the panel that moves the seal against the floor and against the track. In most cases the last panel has a telescopic leading edge with a rubber seal operated with a handle inserted into the face of the panel. This panel will close and seal the whole system. An option is also available for semi electric seal operation.

We offer three different vertical edge profile designs to compliment the face finish of the operable walls. Face finishes available as standard are a wide choice of plain or wood grain melamine, real wood veneers, vinyl’s or spray painted. Class 1 or 0 Surface Spread of Flame can also be provided.

Doors can be inset into all movable office walls and can meet Disabled Door Access regulations if required. Glazing can also be incorporated into the panels.

Acoustic Folding Walls (System MF)

Acoustic folding walls are ideal for rapid layout changes or for areas where there is no suitable structure for a top hung system as the System MF is mainly bottom rolling on a low profile floor track with a guide at the ceiling. Acoustic folding walls can also be supplied as top hung if requested.

Each panel of folding wall partitions are hinged together and can be quickly and easily pulled across a room and locked into position. They can be arranged as a single wing or bi-parting (two wings) and in most cases the leading panel of each with will act as a communicating door. Folding Wall Partitions can run central to the track or they can run to one side of the track.

Acoustic folding partitions are available with laboratory tested sound resistance of up to Rw 44dB. Rubber seals are located within vertical edge profiles on each panel of acoustic folding partitions, they create an air tight seal and PVC sweep seals at the head and base of each panel provide reasonable sound insulation.

System GD

A prestigious looking top hung, double-glazed Acoustic movable walls provide an impression of space and openness. This modern system is very similar to our System AW acoustic sliding partitions and operate in exactly the same way with retractable seals at the head and base of each panel. The glass face of the panels has a painted border that covers the framework and the mechanisms that operate the retractable seals.

Acoustic movable walls offer sound resistance up to Rw 45dB is achieved. Options for choice of RAL colour for the painted border, integral electric Venetian blinds and semi electric seal operation.

System GS

System GS is a very modern and attractive single glazed sliding partition. This system provides effective room division without compromising light or the sense of reduced space.

System GS is a top hung single glazed 'glass to glass' movable system designed for a wide range of internal environments. This system is not acoustically rated. Each panel is constructed with a 35mm thick sheet of toughened safety glass with top and bottom aluminium rails. Manifestations can be applied to the glass such as company logo’s so to conform to building regulations.

System CW:

Concertinas are a well tried, popular and an economical choice for dividing rooms. System CW is faced in a fire retardant vinyl-coated fabric that is ideal for schools, nursery's and village halls. There is a sound resistance of up to Rw 30dB. This system is often top hung from a ceiling mounted track that can be concealed or exposed and can either fold to one side or bi parting.

System GE

System GE is a very modern and sleek solution for separating any exterior and interior environment be it either for a domestic or commercial application such as a domestic lounge or kitchen or pavement café, hotel or restaurant.

This double-glazed partition has a thermally broken aluminium frame with panels that are continuously hinged together. Panels can fold to one side or bi part to both sides. Panels can park central to the track or park to one side of the track.

Each panel is internally glazed for extra security and high security locks are fitted to the master module as standard with shoot bolt locking on all other modules. Each module is mounted with four stainless steel rollers that operate in tracks mounted at the head and the base.

The aluminium frames are finished with a polyester powder coating that is available in a wide choice of colours including wood grain effect.
