All of these methods can be undertaken in restricted access and open site situations because we have skilled operatives fully CSCS trained and first aid trained. type of piling you as a customer will require depends on your ground conditions and the design specifications of your structural engineer, which if required we can provide our own in house engineer to carry out all necessary designs and calculations. And for any customer with a small extension or builder with no existing experience with piling the price and sight of large machinery can seem very daunting, as subsidence is effecting more properties around the U.K. which is highlighted and enforced by local authorities and the NHBC.

We are also involved in the ever expanding Basement market in and around London and other areas where it is required. this is carried out by constructing a contiguous piled wall, which are piles bored in a line close together to form a wall this enables you to excavate to a reduced level to form the basement. With our range of Mini Piling rigs and extensive knowledge we have been able to place piles in areas where it is thought access to be too restricted, so the area has not needed underpinning which has saved the customer time and money.
Basically a pile no matter how complicated the designs or machinery it is just a concrete column with steel reinforcement which is based down on to firm ground, meaning we handle the technical solutions, providing you with a professional product that you will never see but will always be supporting you.
