Matrix Wiring
is a specialist sub contract manufacturer of cable
assemblies, wire harnesses, mains cable assemblies and
cut & prepared leads.
We aim to be your preferred supplier for prepared
cables. Using our wide experience and extensive range of
up to date cable preparation, crimping and test
equipment, we are able to provide a quality, quick and
cost effective service.
We offer great flexibility being able to produce
preproduction and low.medium production volumes from our
UK facility, with medium/large scale production being
offered from Eastern Europe. Both sites have stringent
quality systems and are ISO 9000:2008 registered.

Cut and
Prepared Leads
Matrix Wiring supplies many electrical and electronic
OEMs with straightforward cut leads with a wide variety
of preparations, including part-stripped, dip-tinned,
window-stripped or terminated, and can be produced in
materials including PVC, silicone rubber, PTFE and
glass-braid.
Depending on the volumes required, we have the
flexibility of either using our range of semi automatic
cutting and crimping machines or our fully programmable
leadmaker which will produce volume crimped leads with a
cross section up to 2.5mm.
Mains Cable Assemblies
Matrix Wiring can supply from a few hundred to several
thousand main cables at a time in either PVC or Silicone
rubber.
Our cut and strip machines are of the latest technology
and can process cable up to 25mm OD in straight lengths
or coils. The PC based controls allows for rapid set-ups
which are stored for future use.
We can leave leads bare ended or terminate as required,
including rings, receptacles, tabs. Finally we can fit
mains leads with any cable glands, grommets or labels
which may be required.
Cable Harnesses
From a simple wire assembly to the most complex harness,
Matrix Wiring will manufacture with care and attention
to detail.
We can supply excellent quality cable harnesses
providing the link to vital control and monitoring
components in an appliance – typically, temperature or
burner controls.
Where necessary, we can supply assemblies which are 100%
continuity tested using Cirris test equipment.
Ribbon Cable Assemblies
From 6 to 60 way, simple to complex, Matrix Wiring has
experience in producing volume ribbon cable assemblies
of both high quality yet cost effective for your
particular application.
Our automated cutting, slitting and terminating
facilities have enabled us to complete against Far East
supplies, and 100% testing can be offered where required |
