established in 1988 and are a private company specialising in Metal
Fabrication, CNC Milling and pressing. We can provide personal
engineering services to our customers, this can be in the way of
producing samples of their product before the main product run.
Leap Products have experience of
manufacturing products from beginning to final finish, we can advise
customers if they have any design problems that can help in reducing
the production cost. Your product can be manufactured in various
materials (Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Mild Steel and Brass).

These are products
produced on our CNC Machining centres, this can range from 3mm
diameter to 60mm diameter for batch quantity or for larger parts
these can be produced by Chucking (loading by hand), with this
method the diameter can go to 120mm.

Metal
We can bend sheet
materials (Stainless, Mild, Aluminium) to a variety of shapes such
as roof flashing, door threshold, window seals est.
Fabrication
We can produce
fabricated sections and welded sections using Tig or Mig welding,
this can be in the form of steel frames, doors, hand rails, posts
and supports.
We
manufacture a security product called DOOR GUARD. This is a portable
lock suitable for securing inward opening doors. This can be seen in
operation on our website. This product is very useful when
travelling, particularly in strange rooms (hotels, bed-breakfast
apartments) when other people may have keys to your room. This
gadget is very easy to use and does not damage the door or frame. |
