Laser Process has been at the leading edge of subcontract laser cutting since 1990. Continual investment in the latest High Speed Laser Cutting technology ensures that we always have the capability to offer our customers the best Laser Profile Cutting service and quality they deserve.

Laser Process has always taken the view that our customers are also our friends, not just a means to a quick profit. We aim to make long term relationships for the benefit of both parties.

The main core of our operation is flatbed High Speed Laser Cutting but we also offer a range of secondary operations designed to help our customers reduce time and money when it comes to Laser Profile Cutting. These operations include bending, drilling and tapping, welding and assembly work. We will also subcontract certain operations, painting or other finishing for example, but only with the full knowledge and agreement of our customer.

We have the resources to produce a finished product, label it and pack it ready for distribution.

To complement our Laser Profile Cutting and High Speed Laser Cutting. we also have facilities for laser marking and laser engraving and carry out a vast array of procedures for product identification, branding, barcodes or decoration.

We first attained our quality rating back in 1999 and are now approved to BS Iso En 9001:2008. A full range of quality procedures are available with reporting to suit customer requirements.

In 2011 we also attained ISO 14001 for Environmental Management

LaserQuote24/7 is our online quoting system that enables registered companies to obtain quotations within minutes at any time of the day or night, 365 days of the year. It is a totally automated system, and unmanned. You are, of course welcome to contact our sales staff during office hours if you feel that personal attention is required.

Simply by uploading a dxf or dwg file and adding some basic information a quotation is formulated and emailed immediately. Orders can be placed and even payments made instantly (for those without a credit account).

Laser Process is purely a subcontractor and therefore does not have its own products. At any time we can be working on a diverse range of products from aircraft components to weather vane characters, from automotive components to signs.

We operate from a purpose built Laser Profile Cutting facility in Staffordshire, close to the West Midlands and to the national motorway network. We have our own fleet of vehicles which, together with the use of express parcel services, enable us to service customers in any part of the UK quickly and efficiently.
