JWD Ltd is a long standing, UK-based RF consultancy operating in both military and commercial sectors. The Company specialises in radio frequency, microwave and antenna research. JWD can build prototype units very rapidly with the minimum of overhead and at low cost. In a Consultancy role, assistance may be given to clients who have no in-house RF experience wishing to incorporate wireless technology in their products. RF techniques may be applied in such areas as wire-free communications for video, data or voice, optics and lasers, detection, tagging, measurement and ranging/location systems. The Company's main expertise is in RF design, but PIC and embedded software is required in most projects and such development is carried out in-house.
