Our New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing capability
includes comprehensive project management to enable a smooth launch
of your product into manufacture.
We have a team of technically competent and experienced Engineers
and Key Account Managers, who will be assigned to support you
through the design and manufacturing cycle.
In support of your total solution, we can offer CAD design for
manufacture and test, hand assembly; wave soldering, box assembly
and test (FPT, ICT, FT, X-Ray J-Tag etc) all within our capability.

Surface Mount:
We have three surface mount lines using industry standard
machines, giving us capability to assemble 0201,POP, BGA, CSP, RF
cans, and QFP. We run multiple lines and shifts providing capacity
and flexibility for the most demanding of projects.
Conventional Technology: There
are two lines one for Rohs and the other for legacy products still
using tin/lead. We have a separate line for the automatic component
insertion of Axial and Radial components. Our highly skilled hand
assembly operatives are trained to IPC-610D class 3 to produce the
highest possible quality soldering.
CAD: Our full time CAD engineers
provide customers with pcb layout facilities. The CAD facility uses
PADS layout 2005.7.1 software; we have a reputation with our
customers using this facility for error free design, providing
excellent Design For Manufacture (DFM) and Design For Test (DFT)
performance.
TEST: Our Test team consists of
five experienced test engineers, using the test equipment to the
latest standard, we have particular experience with RF electronics
and filter technology and we can always design a test strategy to
give our customers trouble free and quality products in the field. |
