Farleygreene have manufactured sieving machinery and process equipment for the world’s process industries since 1976. We are renowned for offering customers’ the benefit of, ‘off the shelf’ units configured to exactly serve your requirements. We solve the application problem and provided the equipment to give you the most economic and effective result. We provide the means for you to create the most cost effective and quality products. Farleygreene equipment comes with a long warranty, full spares support and a rapid response re-meshing service - providing you with equipment confidence and the ease of keeping equipment in first class running order. All machines are ergonomic designed, they can be dismantled without tools, and are easy to clean with the minimum of ‘down time’. We carry vast spare parts stock for all our units & have invested years of experience and money into ensuring that we have the most called for parts available for customers off the shelf.

We can offer fully validation packages for our machines including, design - installation - operation qualifications. Our machines use FDA approved components and all parts can include full trace ability, surface roughness measurements, as built drawings, FAT testing and any other GMP documentation you may require our range of equipment is suitable for all areas of production.

We manufacture all of our sieving machines within the United Kingdom and are proud of probably being the only sieve manufacturer to be able to say this. We operate from a modern factory in the South of England. Our units are assembled and tested in our fitting workshop and carried out by trained staff. Our machines are subject to the same rigorous test and quality assurance protocols as most ISO registered companies. We have been supplying sieving machines and process equipment for over 30 years and have a combined knowledge of over 75 years in sieving and mixing.

We can provide a solution for almost any application, and can supply equipment to meet your specific needs - no matter how improbable the space or situation seems. We incorporate all aspects of process equipment providing customers with a clear solution from a single supplier.

Customers are welcome to use our test facility at our factory in Aldershot. We have a full range of test units available for evaluation, alternatively we can bring the unit to your site to carry out tests. For our smaller standard units we offer a free week trial (or sale or return) service. You keep the machine for 1 week, in the unlikely event you do not wish to keep the unit all we ask is that you cover the cost of transportation.
