Encap Thermoplastics Ltd was founded over 30 years ago and in 2004 was bought by the current manager Jim Whitehead. Since then the business has continued to grow and evolve. We offer low and medium volume injection moulding, together with in-house CAD product design. We also have facilities in house to offer additional post moulding services such as drilling, tapping, assembly and ultra-sonic welding.

Tooling design is completed in-house and we work closely with local toolmakers to provide a cost efficient tooling manufacturing service.

Using our range of injection moulding machines from 22 up to 175 ton we manufacture for a wide range of industries from Electronic, Medical, Scientific, Security, Sports, Leisure and Utilities industries. Testimonials from recent projects are available on our website.
