Nittel are the liner specialists 50 years of experience in
developing and manufacturing custom made liners for all types of
transportation and storage containers. For example, drum liners,
pail liners, IBC liners, foil liners and octabin liners. We make a
range of liners to protect products during storage and transit, and
keep the outer container clean so that it can be reused or easily
disposed of. Whether this outer container be steel, fibre, plastic
or flexible, a drum, pail, box or an IBC. We produce a range of
shaped liners utilising standard and specialist materials, to ensure
products are protected and reduce the potential costs of
contamination, and keep the costs of recycling the outer containers
to a minimum.
As well as standard LDPE we have materials with anti-static
properties, solvent resistant capabilities, conductive
characteristics and aluminium barrier foil liners to protect
hydroscopic products from moistures and gases that can harm the
product.
The
options for adapting the shape of the liners to the containers are
almost unlimited. We have developed and manufactured over 4,000
different types of liners for all kinds of containers in various
sizes, and we therefore have a large number of moulds and welding
tools available
You also benefit from our experience when it comes to the selection
of materials used. We know the demands of different products on
packaging. Our range of materials is ideally tailored to meet these
demands. However, if we do not happen to have a product in the range
which meets with your requirements, we’ll work together with you on
a new, cost-effective solution. Our experienced staff will happily

Form Inliners -
Thermoformed, seamless Form Inliners fit each outer
container like a second skin without any folds or
pockets which makes them ideal for mixing, pumping,
agitators and follower plates. Form Inliners have a
contoured lip that fits over the chime of the drum
preventing leakage between the liner and the container
wall and are particularly suitable for adhesives,
colours, lacquers, pigments, silicone and food products
etc |

Round Bottom Liner or Circular
Based Liner - Custom designed Round
Bottom Liners can be manufactured with diameters ranging
from 100mm to 1400mm with capacities from 10 litres to
1,000 litres. The standing height and the thickness of
the liner material depends on the requirements of the
product contained in the drum while the type of material
selected is dependent on the characteristics of the
product. |

We can offer two types of drum liner, our Form
Inliner and Round Bottom Liner. Both liners can be
adapted to suit the exact size of your container and in
a range of materials. |

Barrier Foil Liners / Foil Liners
- Our Round Bottom liners can be made from a wide
range of materials, including those with barrier
properties. The liners can be adapted to suit the exact
size of your outer container. |

IBC Liners - Our
IBC liners special insertion methods guarantee
unsurpassed liquid tightness and the simplest of usage.
They can be disposed of easily after emptying. The
inside of the IBC no longer needs to be cleaned. |

Drum Lids -
Nittel Form Lids will protect your drum tops and your
product by snapping over the drum rim and giving an
extra layer of protection. Form lids are made of both
internal and external use to specifically protect the
product and drum from contamination. By fitting our Form
Lids you will form an effective weather proof and dirt
proof barrier. Our heavy duty design is formed to ‘snap
over’ the rim of your tight-head or open top drum,
preventing water/contamination ingress. |
