Diamond, Flame & Mop Polishing:-
Diamond Polishing is a machined polish finish and is the cheapest
way to edge finish acrylic.
Flame Polishing is a fast & cost effective way which ensures a
good polished finish with a hand safe edge.
Mop Polishing is used to give a very high standard, hand finished
result to a finished product.
Line Bending (Hot Wire Bending):-
Line bending uses a hot wire heating element to achieve large or
small radius bends where required such as a return on a leaflet
Oven Moulding (Thermoforming):-
The oven is used to heat various plastics up to a maximum
temperature of 250°C with the capacity to mould panels up to 2.2m x
1.0m in size. The heated panel is then drape moulded onto a former.
Cementing & Glueing:-
There are various glues available for cementing plastic part
together. At Dipec we use Dichloromethane, Extrufix, Tensol 12 and
