Coded Welding from Code a Weld Holdings

Coded WeldingCoded Welding
All types of coded welding work can be provided on various welding processes and materials. Our vast range of Welding Procedures allows us to perform coded welding services either in out workshops or on site. The welders who we employ all have qualification to do coded welding work. Their qualifications are regularly updated and upgraded as necessary to perform the coded welding that they are required to do. So we are sure if you need coded welding we can help

 Welder TrainingWelder Training
Quality Welding Training has become difficult to find. There are many organizations who offer welder training but they do not offer a complete service. Welder training is only of real value if a qualification is offered at the end. So any welder training which does not offer a chance to take a welding test either during or at the end of the course is unproven. All of our welder training courses offer the chance for the welder to take a test and become qualified or ‘coded’

Weld TestingWeld Testing
Weld testing is only of any value if it is performed by an organisation with credibility. Our weld testing is carried out in laboratories approved by the United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS). The reason for doing weld testing is to prove that the welds will perform in service. This means having the calibrated equipment and expertise to perform all of the necessary weld testing to satisfy the welding specifications. If you need weld testing we can provide what ever you need.

Welding InspectionWelding Inspection
There are many types of welding inspection. Usually the type of welding inspection for particular products will be specified. Welding inspection can be as simple as visually inspecting the welds to faults and to check sizes. Usually a requirement for welding inspection will mean engaging a technician with a recognised qualification for carrying out the particular type of welding inspection which you require. The most common type of welding inspection are Visual, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI or MPE), Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI or DPE), Radiography or Ultrasonic. Our technicians are all qualified to carry out welding inspection in one or more of the above techniques.

Welding ConsultantsWelding Consultants
Welding is a subject that is mystery to many companies and a great deal of money can be wasted if all aspects are not properly understood. When a company needs welding consultants they very often ask the wrong provider. For example the last people who should act as welding consultants if problems are encountered are non destructive test technicians. So if you need a welding consultant’s services we can help. We can provide welding consultants to assist with purchase of suitable equipment, advise on most economical welding methods and consumables. Our welding consultants can also advise on the necessary procedures and welder qualifications required and any other aspects of welding.
