Component design and CNC Machine, Efficient, rapid, burr and distortion free Laser Controlled Laser Cutting system. Our CNC punching machines handle sheets up to 2.5 x 1.25 and 3mm thickness. Five CNC brake presses Provide B & Z's main bending and folding facilities. This five axis press has a maximum press load of 80 tonnes. Traditional skills are used for arc or TIG welding for steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
