TiCN and TiAIN)
Specials:
Special tooling like end mills, reamers, form cutters, step drills and slot
drills can be CNC Manufactured to your own specifications.
Indexable Tooling:
A&S Tooling can offer a full reclamation service and is available for face
mills, Indexable drills, milling cutters and all types of turning/boring tools.
A prompt service with competitive prices.
CNC Regrind Service:
Cost effective regrind service, including Tungsten Carbide tooling for both
specials/standards and HSS.
Re-Tip Service:
Brazed carbide tooling can be re-tipped.
Modification Of Standard Tooling:
All types of cutting tools can be modified to meet the customer required
specifications.
New Tooling:
Almost all types of standard cutting tools will be stocked and available, New
cutter will be supplied at very competitive prices. Standard cutters from our
shelves can be modified to reduce lead times.
