The Anixter Component Solutions’ product range covers over 12,000
standard items offering solutions for a wide range of applications
including fastening & fixing, cable management, cable protection,
termination, thread and component protection and finishing.
Anixter Component Solutions’ product offering is supported by
comprehensive customer service and technical support facilities.
When a standard catalogue part is not suitable, Anixter Component
Solutions also has a team dedicated to sourcing the exact part to

Our
Background |

 Heyco
Limited starting trading back in 1967 as the exclusive UK
distributor for Heyco Inc (New Jersey, USA) - the original creators
of the well know Strain Relief Bushing. Since then Heyco has gained
the reputation as a first class supplier for "C" class plastic
components servicing a global market, and has built up a
comprehensive and diverse range of parts currently offering over
12,000 product lines. Our breadth of products and quality of service
has been achieved through a close relationships with all our
suppliers.
In September 2000 Heyco Limited was acquired by the Walters Hexagon
Group and shortly after relocated to a purpose built
state-of-the-art 20,000 sq.ft European Distribution Centre.
In September 2003 the Walters Hexagon Group (including Heyco
Limited) was acquired by Anixter International.
In January 2005 Heyco Limited changed its name to Heyco - a division
of Anixter Limited and continued to grow as a world class supplier
of plastic components.
In 2006 Heyco started the New Year with a new name. Offering the
same high standard of products and services, Heyco changed its name
to Anixter Components- a division of Anixter Limited, further
strengthening the alliance with the Anixter Group.
Anixter International is a leading global distributor of
communication products, electrical and electronic wire & cable,
fasteners and other small parts. The company adds value to the
distribution process by providing its customers access to 1)

Design Solutions
From concept through to production!
Using the latest 3D CAD modelling software supported by our ISO
9001:2008 systems, we can offer a comprehensive bespoke part design
service. Whether it’s an adaptation of an existing part or a brand
new concept, we can design and develop a solution to suit your
needs.
Rapid Prototyping
Need to see a new part in a hurry? Using processes such as Selective
Laser Sintering, Direct Metal Laser Sintering or Stereolilthography
you can have a part in your hands in a matter of just a few days!
Bagging
Ideal for resellers, spare parts and maintenance supplies, our parts
can be supplied pre-packed in any pack size you require. We can also
print the bag with your part number, logo and bar code making the
parts ready for immediate sale from your stores.
Kitting
Ideal for use in laboratories, R&D departments or for spares and
maintenance, we can supply a range of standard or bespoke component
kits. The labels can also be customised to suit your own branding.
Bagged kits can also be supplied.
Dyeing
Due to the hygroscopic properties of Nylon, we are able to quickly
and easily colour parts in a wide variety of colour shades. The
process is ideal when producing a small quantity of coloured parts,
or when multiple colours of a particular part are required. Colours
can be supplied to standard Pantone or RAL references or matched to
your colour sample.
