 Our

Our production jobs commonly start with raw material in the form of
plastic sheet –acrylic, polyethylene, PVC, PETG, polypropylene or
polycarbonate sheet. We then convert theses into components and
products using our sheet processing technologies.
Our general plastic fabrication services include a number of CNC
machining technologies including CNC milling and CNC routing. These,
along with our line bending, drape moulding and plastic welding
technologies, enable us to manufacture a wide range of components
from a variety of engineering plastics.
Our acrylic fabrication processes include laser cutting, heat
bending, moulding, polishing, bonding , and other machining
operations.
We also have extensive CNC machining experience with other plastic
materials including acetal, polyester, nylon, PTFE and PEEK.
