Access-to-Time Ltd, or in-short A2T, specialise in supplying and supporting Access Control systems, Time & Attendance systems and Digital CCTV systems.

We provide full installation and support on both software and hardware on all systems, as well as training services where required. Our Technical Help Desk is available to deal with a wide range of support questions from users as well as any technical issues that may arise.

Time & Attendance / Clocking in Systems

We supply everything from traditional clocking machines or time recorders with clock cards and time clock ribbons through to multi-site integrated time recording / time and attendance systems with access control system features.

Activation of a computerised time recording system can be by using a magnetic stripe card, or a proximity card or proximity fob. Some systems have biometric features such as a Hand Scan or Hand Punch terminal or a fingerprint terminal.

Focus, TimeLOG, Timeware, Premium, Express, TimeBOX and Direct Time are just some of the systems that we supply and support.

Access Control systems

If you just need just access control, then A2T can supply a state-of-the-art, electronic access control system that will contain all the functionality you need.

We supply, install and maintain Falcon, Paxton, Feedback and PAC products.

Access can be obtained by using a magnetic stripe card, or a proximity card or proximity fob. Some systems also have biometric features such as a Hand Scan terminal or a fingerprint terminal.

Systems can be supplied that cover from one door upwards in one or more buildings. Many systems enable a fire report showing up-to-date on-site attendance information to be printed off very quickly in an emergency.

Other types of access control equipment such as barriers and gates can also be integrated.

Integrated Time & Attendance and Access Control

If you require both Time & Attendance and Access Control systems, A2T can provide you with an integrated system that allows you to manage both requirements, while only needing to enter and maintain one set of data on system users.

If you would like a system now that only manages one of these requirements, we can supply a system that can be easily upgraded at a later date. Adding access control features or Time & Attendance features when they are required is a simple extension to the original system.

Digital CCTV

Some customers use Digital CCTV to complement their Access Control system. The two systems can be connected so that the Access Control system initiates Digital CCTV coverage and recording. Alternatively, Digital CCTV can be used as a stand-along system with or without an Access Control system. We supply, install and support Digital CCTV systems so that our customers have a single supplier who can supply and support a broad range of systems
