Mid Year Recap: Delta Rubber's Advancements in 2023

Over the past 6 months, we continued to drive innovation, expand our product range, enhance our customers service, and achieve remarkable growth in both offline and online channels. LetÂ’s delve into the significant milestones weÂ’ve accomplished already:

January
At the start of the year, we focused on expanding our rubber product and component range, catering the evolving needs of our diverse customer base. We introduced new rubber sheet materials, expanded our extrusion profile catalogue and increased our off-the-shelf rubber strip range.

February
In line with our policy of delivering unrivalled customer service and industry leading technical support, in February we launched our brand-new blog series. Focusing on sharing valuable knowledge and expertise, we wanted to provide insights into elastomeric materials and guides on our diverse range of products and services with an aim to empower customers with the information needed to make informed decisions.

March
A memorable month for us all at Delta Rubber, in March we were proud to achieve our highest ever sales figures for a single month. Spanning across both online and offline channels, we smashed our target KPIÂ’s set out from the previous financial year and want to express gratitude to our clients for their continued trust and support.

April
To mark the start of a new financial year, we spent time in April conducting a thorough review of the previous 12 months, analysing our overall performance and sales figures month to month. This strategic evaluation allowed us to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for the year ahead.

May
May marked the beginning of an exciting project, as we began development of a brand-new innovative product– The Electrical Conduit Channel Cover. A heavy duty, easy to access cable channel cover for standard 41mm conduit channel, offering a new approach to cable protection that can be installed in the ground, under paving, on a facia, wall, or roof. As we continue to grow our online shop and establish a strong digital presence, the fruits of our effort are beginning to show. In June we again broke another sales record, achieving our highest ever monthly sales through our online store. The achievement underscores the relentless efforts in developing our shop and our goal of solidifying our position as the go-to destination for customers seeking high-quality elastomeric products and components, complemented by exceptional customer service and a seamless online shopping experience.
