    Controlled Shot Peening
    This is the most cost effective and practical method of inducing surface residual compressive stresses which enhances the performance and extends the life of critical components.

     Shot Peen Forming
    Induces beneficial compressive stresses to create curvature and profile from machined or welded structures and will correct distortion from machined and heat treated components.

     Laser Peening
    Induces high precision compressive residual stress into key areas up to 5 to 10 times deeper than other conventional cold working techniques.

     Thermal Spray Coatings
    Cost efficient wear resistant coating solution used to extend the life of critical components and offer protection against high temperatures, wear, corrosion and oxidation. Also used to restore parts to their original dimensions and condition.

     C.A.S.E. Superfinishing
    Our expertise to establish the most appropriate coating for a component eIsotropic Finishing (Super Finishing) - Highly successful process used to reduce micro-pitting, oil temperature and noise which extends the components life and improve performance by removing surface asperities and promoting lubricant retention.

     Dry Film Lubricants and PTFE
    A proven alternative to grease and oil for long lasting lubrication in harsh and adverse conditions to reduce friction and eliminate galling and seizing. We develop and supply propriety Everlube Dry Film Lubricant products.

    Diffusion, Organic and Inorganic Overlay Coatings
    Not only diffusion and sacrificial coatings for new applications but we also offer component repair and refurbishment of gas turbine and compressor parts

    Wet Treatments (Anodising)
    Our wet processing techniques improves atmospheric and chemical corrosive resistance and enhances the application of paint primer and adhesives.

     Protective Mouldings (Peenflex)
    Peenflex damage and abrasion resistant mouldings are a simple and cost effective solution to the protection of component parts through various stages of processing, lifting, moving, storage and dispatch.

     Architectural Finishes (Peentex)
    Decorative textured finish applied by controlled Shot Peening to enhance metal components in architectural applications both aesthetically and practically.
