We combine flexographic and HP Indigo digital printing with advanced finishing techniques such as foiling, laminating and textured effects. This allows us to produce everything from peel & reveal and security labels to variable data, sustainable and durable solutions, tailored to the needs of each project.

Our Aim & Services

We supply the customer with the highest quality product that helps them grow their business. We have full In-House Design capabilities, and we can supply Marketing Samples, Product Labelling, Stock Control, Project Management, Pre-artwork Meetings, Material Sourcing all working to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our staff are our greatest asset and their input with every job is invaluable in supplying the very highest quality of label back to our customers.

Digital HP Indigo Labels

We are leaders in printed digital labels, supplying the labels on a reel or as cut singles. Our HP Indigo press provides the very highest quality print, using its 7 colour print engine. Our seven colours are White, Violet, Orange and CYMK, this combination of inks allows us to match a higher percentage of Pantone colours than a standard 4 colour press. We print onto a varied range of substrates including boards, papers, films, shrink films, flexible packaging and foils. The press also offers personalisation, sequential numbering and sequential barcodes.

Challenging Designs

We work along side graphic designers and offer our services at the design stage were we can discuss substrate choice and colours as early as possible in a project. The high quality of labels produced on both the Litho press and on the Digital press means that we can challenge the designers to make the artwork as difficult as possible with multi colour vignettes, illustrations and revered out text.

Sheeted Labels

We can supply labels on a roll, Fanfolded or on sheets. We also have a large range of A4 blank labels for use in every day desktop printers. The sheeted labels can be supplied either plain or printed with the waste area removed or left in.
