Zaun Ltd is a weld mesh
manufacturing company capable of manufacturing welded mesh panels of many
different styles with short lead times. The Zaun weld mesh
machine can produce a heavy-weight 3m high 2.5m wide panel every 135 seconds,
and so is able to cope with the largest of weld mesh requirements.
The panels are produced from a variety of different gauge wires, and can produce
welded wire mesh that is suitable for racking, pallets, gabions, fencing and
more. Different mesh patterns are used for different welded wire mesh products.
The horizontal wires may be of a different gauge to the vertical wires, and the
spacing's between wires can also vary along the length or height of the panel.
The panels use pre-galvanised wire, and as a result they do not have any sharp
spurs that can result from hot dip galvanising. Many competitors use hot dip
galvanised panels, and spurs must be manual ly
removed by a process of fettling. This is a manually intensive process and adds a
great deal of cost to the panels as each weld mesh panel must be checked or
otherwise run the risk of sending out panels that have sharps on that could
injure the end user.
One of Zaun's main markets is the fencing industry. The weld mesh panels
required for the fencing industry need to be of the highest quality, with strong
welds that will not weaken or fracture. Zaun Ltd is able to provide such panels.
The mesh panels used in this industry can be light-weight as is the case with
perimeter demarcation fencing, or heavy-weight such as in high usage sports
fencing or security fencing.
All our weld mesh panels receive the same care and attention during the
production process, and are subject to our stringent quality control standards.
Zaun can supply panels of up to 3 x 6m. These oversize panels can reduce the
installation time of the mesh, as there are fewer joins. For example in the
fencing industry a height
of 3m was traditionally achieved by combining a 2m panel and a 1m panel,
however, the 3m panel is easier to install and so saves time and money.
Wire mesh systems produces by Zaun are available with short lead times. Our
dynamic production process means that we are able to change from the production
of one welded wire mesh system to another in a short time; our competitors may
take a day to change product, and so are unable to provide the customer with
short runs of mesh.
We are happy to quote free of charge for whatever your welded wire mesh
requirements. Delivery can also be arranged to wherever you desire.
