Swing Beam Cutting Presses - also known as Clicker Presses – the
simplest form of manual die cutting presses, they are mainly used to cut
materials in low to medium volume production. Easy to use & maintain with
cutting force up to 25 Tons and cutting area upto 1000x500mm.

Manual Travelling Head Cutting Presses – production flexibility
as used to cut sheet or roll materials, with cutting beds up to 2300x1000mm
and available up to 80 Tons Cutting Force. Customised systems available on
request.

Fixed Head Beam Cutting Presses – Hawkes offers the most
extensive range of manual cutting presses and automatic cutting presses on
the market with standard presses available up to 500 Tons cutting force and
customised systems available up to any size. Used to cut both roll and sheet
materials in medium and high volume production. Hawkes Beam Cutting Presses
can be supplied with many different feed systems to suit all production
needs: Single or double work tray systems, manual or motorised worktrays,
belt feed systems, long incremental tray feed systems, multi tool work
stations and more.

Receding
Head Cutting Presses – with standard die cutting machines
available up to 300 Ton Cutting Force and customised systems available on
request. Excellent cutting results for sheet or roll materials are achieved
with the material remaining stationery during the cutting cycle for maximum
accuracy and fast cycle time. With smooth action, rigidity and high
specification these presses are suitable for a wide variety of application
and offer a flexible cutting solution.

Automatic Travelling Head Cutting Presses – With cutting forces
available up to 50 Tons and cutting head up to 1100x1100mm as standard,
customised systems are available on request. Hawkes offers the fastest &
most reliable range to suit all production demands. Simple to operate, high
material yields, sophisticated nesting software and rigid construction these
cutting press systems are highly flexible for medium and high volume
production output.

Speed Kiss Cutting Presses – With cutting force available up to
100 Tons as standard and customised systems available this range of Hawkes
Die Cutting Presses offers large area kiss-cutting with high accuracy
unrivalled in the business. The robust construction & design of the machines
ensures high precision cut quality and material position accuracy up to
+/-0.1mm. Used for a wide range of applications including: LCD, electronics,
rubber, foam, textiles, gaskets, medical, automotive, felt, washers, seals,

Oscillating Knife Cutting Tables – To compliment our range of Die
Cutting Presses we also offer Dieless Cutting Machines. The CNC Knife
Cutting Table is usually supplied with an oscillating knife or blade and
controlled by powerful nesting software. The machines can be used to cut
both sheet and roll material. From one off parts to long runs, these
machines offer quick turn around as there is no cutting dies involved,
simply draw the part and cut it.

Rotary
Die Cutting Machines – Our sophisticated machines are controlled
by servo drives offering complete control on the web. Our modular system is
very flexible, allowing different modules to be put on the machine when the
job specification changes. The machines can also be equipped with a laser,
this can be used to cut or kiss cut very complex shapes. Designed for high
volume production, we can offer a complete turnkey machine for your product.
The machines can be supplied with pouching or bagging stations eliminating
the need for any secondary operations.
These systems are often used to
produce: test strips, transdermal patches, hydro gels, wound care, cosmetic
care, dissolvable films, electronic components, RFID tags, ID security labels &
products, hydro colloid and many more.

The systems can be supplied with many features including: drug fluid dispensers,
