Beware all brand-new cars

Aircon Direct For Cars News and PR from Aircon Direct For Cars - Published 22 November 2016 As from January 1st 2017 every new car must use the latest “Eco” refrigerant R1234yf.
This refrigerant is considerably more expensive than the previous R134a refrigerant but does work very similarly. However in the event of an accident the costs of repair would be considerably more than most cars made in 2016 or earlier. This might be reflected in Insurance Costs for 2017 or later models being higher and may also possibly influence resale values with 2017 cars possibly being worth less second-hand than a similar 2016 model.

Many new cars are involved in accidents in the first few days of ownership - just be careful out there.
