New Autonomous, Wireless SyncHoist Systems

Shaw Hydraulics Ltd News and PR from Shaw Hydraulics Ltd - Published 03 June 2016 The SHAS-Series Synchronous Hoist System is a below-the-hook crane attachment comprised of multiple self-contained, PLC-controlled hydraulic lifting devices.
The system enables a single crane to precisely position heavy and unbalanced loads. Each of the lifting devices includes a double-acting hydraulic push pull cylinder with an integrated pump and controls. Integrating the pump eliminates the need for an external power pack and hydraulic hoses.

The wireless remote control ensures a single operator is able to control the SyncHoist while remaining at a safe distance. The operator has full control over load handling; each cylinder can lift or lower independently. The system can perform several types of movements including synchronous lifting and lowering, balancing, and tilting, all of which can be pre-programmed.

Features
• 4 lifting devices with one master and remote wireless control
• 110 and 225 ton lifting capacities per lifting point
• Strokes of 1 and 1,5 meters
• Lift and lower each point independently
The wireless remote control ensures a single operator is able to control the SyncHoist while remaining at a safe distance
