Portslade cricket club helps ocean plastic clean up

A sports sponsorship scheme is turning cricket runs into cleaner oceans.
Fishersgate-based A4 Labels has renewed its partnership with Portslade Cricket Club for the 2026 season, combining support for grassroots cricket with targeted environmental action.
Under the scheme, the label manufacturer funds the removal of one kilogram of ocean plastic for every 20 runs scored by the club in the 2025 season through a collaboration with environmental charity Seven Clean Seas.
