At the beginning of your personalised tin journey, one of our highly experienced account handlers will be assigned to you. They will walk you through the process from initial concepts all the way to bulk delivery;

Shapes and Sizes
· If you’re still in the research stage, our searchable tin database provides thousands of existing tins, in a variety of shapes and sizes. This can help to hone down your search for the best fit.
· Working with your account handler to find the correct dimensions of your tin is essential. They will provide physical samples for you to test your products inside and will ensure 100% satisfaction with fit and dimensions before proceeding to the next stage.
· The tooling you want for your tin is not available in our database? Then we can exclusively tool your desired dimensions.

Designing a beautiful personalised tin:
YouÂ’ve chosen the shape and size of your tin, now itÂ’s time to make it stand out above the rest.

· Your account handler will arrange a meeting to ensure your vision is clear.
· You will be provided with a cutter guide to share with your designer, so that artwork can be added.
· Choose whether you envision embossing or debossing on your tin, raising the surface of areas of the tin and adding texture, can be an effective way to make your tin stand out.
· Decide on print specifications, will you decide on gloss, matte or another finish.

Sampling your bespoke tin:
Pre-production samples are a fool proof way of ensuring complete satisfaction for bulk order.

· You will receive up to 3 fully printed samples of your tin to your agreed specification.
· This gives you the opportunity to make any last-minute tweaks or adjustments before proceeding to bulk order.

Bulk order:
Your hard work is now done. Our BRCGS / SMETA accredited factories now produce the bulk order.

· Your account handler will keep you updated with progress and will send you bulk samples.
· Production takes around 8 weeks to complete
· Our quality control team inspects your finished order to AQL level II standards prior to dispatch.

The delivery of your customisable products
We know you will be thrilled with the end product. Your account handler will keep in touch before delivery to ensure youÂ’re 100% satisfied.

· Deliveries arrive to the pre-agreed spec, whether that be palletised (at our UK storage facility), or delivered in bulk containers.

Storage and Contract Packing:
If youÂ’re not quite ready to receive your entire order, or youÂ’d like your order contract packed, let our BRCGS AA + UK packing facility take care of it.
