Freezer Grade
When using standard permanent labels at freezer temperatures, you may find that you are coming in the next day, and labels are either peeling off or already scattered on the floor. By switching to a freezer grade adhesive, you are eliminating this issue. Our tried and tested freezer labels are designed to go down to -40°c and beyond, and work in standard home freezers, or industrial blast freezers.
The freezer adhesive that we use on our labels is applied to the same face material that we supply on our standard permanent labels. This means that you are still get the same high-quality material, with the only change being the adhesive, keeping prices down but quality up.
With all our paper materials, they are also ethically sourced from FSC or PEFC forestry stewardships.
As well being supplied on our thermal transfer and thermal direct papers, we can also supply freezer labels on our synthetic ranges as well, including clear.
Cryogenic Labels
Taking the temperatures to the extreme, we also offer a polyester cryogenic label designed to withstand chemically originated temperatures of -196°c, including the use of liquid nitrogen.
In conjunction with our resin ribbons, both label and crisp print excel at these low temperatures, as when we thawed out at room temperature and beyond, up to +120°c.
All our materials are available as plain, single, or full colour print. This gives you the option to add logos, stand out print, or keep it plain and simple.
If you want to add your own batch numbers, best before date or identifiable details, we would be more than happy to assist with printer and consumable recommendations.
As with all labels that we produce, material samples are available free of charge and are highly recommended to ensure suitability.
