Catering for the over forty-five age group, Sandy Oaks is one such residential park.

Situated in 35 acres of picturesque woodland, in an idyllic rural setting, close to Sherwood Forest, it boasts 149 individual homes, all with their own garden and driveway.

Due to the topography of the park, a retaining wall solution was required 2.5 meters high that would protect the homes and gardens from landslips and the egress of land.

The retaining wall not only needed to be strong and secure but also had to fit in aesthetically with the surrounding countryside and architecture.
