New block for production of 5-piece doors on spindle moulders
Wealden have designed this two-part block for the production of five piece cabinet doors with a 6mm panel in 22mm MDF. Thicker panels are suitable if a panel raiser is utilised. It can also be used on solid timber of a similar thickness.
The cutter blocks have exchangeable TC knives in four profiles and blocks are supplied with a guide on how to set the block heights.
