The trainer was excellent on our In-House 5 Day Fire Risk Assessor course! They had extensive practical and theoretical in depth knowledge of the subject and answered all questions and scenarios easily. They had an excellent style and were very approachable. The Fire Manager Advanced Diploma course that I attended with Vulcan challenged me to look deeper into fire safety discipline and explore opportunities and solutions with a highly qualified and experienced peer group. The instructor facilitated this intensive programme with skill and good humour, supporting the learning and coaching the delegates. The project was appropriately complex, and required a good number of hours work, and justified the final award.

Vulcan are excellent, I attended the Fire Manager Advanced Diploma course and the knowledge that I gained from the course were invaluable in allowing me to put my NEBOSH Fire certificate learning into a practical understanding, the course materials provided are excellent, and the tutor was both professional and friendly giving a relaxed learning environment. I wish there were other courses I could do with this provider as the whole experience was excellent, and the best course I have attended.
