We have seen a noticed improvement in the feedback from our customers regarding the customer service they receive upon entering the building and a dramatic reduction in antisocial behaviour. The cinema team and management have also expressed a sense of increased safety and security while on duty, thanks to the presence of the Verusec team. They are all professional and approachable and definitely worth their weight in gold when it comes to the end of the night when getting everyone to vacate the building. All the guards make our team feel safe and their subtle approach to showing they have our staff's back in any situation is much appreciated. Shaz is super responsive with any enquiry ( no matter how last minute!) and always happy to assist. I find all the guards gentlemanly, polite and respectful. Are we allowed favourites? Verusec have provided security services for The Light Stockport since July 2023, and since this time we have noticed a considerable decrease in antisocial behaviour and safety concerns.
