Since 1982 Tenkay Electronics has been providing one of the most comprehensive ranges of electronic and electrical assembly services in the UK and across the world.

Tenkay provides an entire and dependable manufacturing service for all types of electronic and electrical assemblies from printed circuit boards, cable harnessing and wiring looms through to control panels and box build assemblies including a full product building service.

We cater to a wide range of industrial sectors some of which include safety, texture analysis and simulation.

Tenkay services are of an extremely high standard, working to engineering standards IPC610 for PCB population and OHSAS18001 offering our customers continuity both in quality and service.

Our Services

For over thirty years we have been providing a full cable harness assembly service from prototypes to full production.

All looms and cable harnesses are manufactured to the customers own supplied drawings on boards ready for easy installation. Additionally they are tested to your own particular specifications using automated testing equipment including insulation flash tests, short circuit and continuity tests.

We have had many year's of experience in the manufacture of circuit boards and able to provide a wide range of assembly services from conventional through to full surface mount.
Our purpose built 18,000 sq. ft facility based in Lancing, Sussex houses a whole range of printed circuit board machinery and associated equipment more than capable of taking your printed circuit board needs from concept through to final production and delivery.

Within our up to date complex also lies a dedicated area for the complex production of cabinets, boxes and panels.

This department regularly works from schematics, drawings and run-out data to manufacture, test and pack your units exactly to your specific requirements.

Tenkay takes the concept of turnkey build to another level. Our total supply chain solutions will provide you with an easier range of options for controlling stock flow, from ordering to final delivery.

Logistically wise the process is extremely simple – just one order per year! We then take your estimated annual usage of products and advise you on the best way forward for their production.
